At Lezo & Horizonte, we believe in a simple idea: serious training deserves serious tools.

That’s why we design and manufacture metal racks and accessories with an industrial mindset—less noise, more engineering.

We started to solve a real problem: cluttered home and commercial gyms. Bars on the floor, damaged walls, rattling gear, parts that bend over time. We build the opposite: structure, tight tolerances, and a clean user experience.

OUR PRIORITY:

BUILD LOCAL, CONTROL EVERYTHING

Whenever possible, we keep the supply chain short and under control. Because the final product isn’t a photo—it’s laser-cut steel, deburred edges, precise fit, durable coating, and mounting that must not fail.

When you choose Horizonte, you’re not buying “a piece of metal.” You’re buying:

a design measured in millimeters,
a specified material,
and a repeatable manufacturing standard.

When we design and produce, we follow this priority:

01 — Design & testing
Function first: load paths, geometry, access, real-world compatibility.

02 — Material & thickness
Structural steel where it matters. Rigidity you can feel.

03 — Process (cut, tolerances, finishes)
Clean cuts, treated edges, controlled tolerances, durable coating.

04 — User experience
Protection where it counts (TPU), less noise, less wear, better contact.

05 — Complete kit & easy installation
We include screws and wall plugs: you buy it, you mount it. Done.

Online, anyone can say “heavy-duty.”
What’s hard is consistency: every unit leaving the shop with the same geometry, the same hole pattern, the same fit, the same finish.

That’s why we work with suppliers who understand real manufacturing—not just low cost. And why we personally review prototypes, materials, tolerances, and costs as if every part were going into our own gym.

TIMELINE

2018 — Horizonte is born: first prototypes and first sales.
2024 — Catalog consolidation: wall racks and storage systems.
2025 — European expansion: marketplaces + optimized manufacturing.
2026 — We continue expanding our catalog and developing new ways to train.
